What's the difference between Premium Refurbished and Refurbished?

Premium Refurbished amps look and perform like new with no signs of wear. Refurbished amps may have small cosmetic marks but work just as well.

What warranty comes with REAMPED products?

Every REAMPED amp includes the full two-year Positive Grid warranty, just like our new products.

What if I'm not satisfied with my REAMPED purchase?

We offer the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee on REAMPED products as we do on new items. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days—shipping fees may apply.

Do REAMPED Spark amps count toward product upgrades?

Yes. Registered REAMPED (refurbished) Spark amps qualify for upgrade pricing:

Spark 2 Upgrade: Only REAMPED units of the original Spark 40 amp qualify.

BIAS X Upgrade: Any registered REAMPED Spark Series amp qualifies.
